Store Manager – Dunkin’
NGP Management is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a Dunkin’ franchise location.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop store employees.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and discipline when required.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by soliciting feedback and following through on improvements.
- Set sales goals, track results, and celebrate performance.
- Maintain a secure, sanitary store environment.
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest issues with compassion.
- Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Analyze financials to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with District Manager and Store Director to address improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Effective communication with guests.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Basic financial management understanding.
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
