Store Manager – Panda Restaurant Group
Join Panda Express as a Store Manager and lead the operations of a single location. You will hire, manage and develop associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory, cash handling and compliance.
- Hire, train, coach and evaluate associates to build a high‑performing team.
- Achieve and exceed financial and customer service targets.
- Lead an 8+ week store leadership training program.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is required.

$32 per hour – $35 per hour
