• Respond appropriately to customer issues
• Goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

• Responsible for general cleanliness and appearance of store

• Unloading and stocking inventory as required.
• Cash handling functions
• Assisting customers
• Operating a cash register
• Ensures customers are waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Extraordinary customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
