Requirements:

• Lead, train, and develop your team to provide exceptional customer service and quality vehicle maintenance.
• Set clear performance goals and hold the team accountable for achieving KPIs in sales, labor, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee all daily operations — ensuring consistency, safety, and compliance with Jiffy Lube® and IPA standards.
• Set clear goals and expectations for your team while holding everyone accountable to performance metrics (sales, labor, KPIs).
• Motivate and inspire your team through daily coaching and positive leadership.
• Drive sales growth by recommending services and educating customers with honesty and confidence.
• Manage scheduling, payroll hours, and inventory to maintain strong profitability.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, professional, and welcoming for every customer.
• Communicate effectively with your Area Manager and the IPA leadership team to execute company initiatives.
