Job Overview
Flyin Brian Pizza, LCC, doing business as Domino's, is locally owned and operates stores in the greater Columbus, OH area. The franchise has achieved top 2% performance for 18 of the last 35 years, including 6 of the last 7. We are looking for Area Managers to lead store operations, drive team performance, and grow within our retail and franchise portfolio.
Responsibilities
Fulfill the role of full‑time, salaried store manager overseeing all aspects of store operations.
Operate/lead a team 5+ days per week, most weekends.
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team, meeting all company policies and procedures.
Manage People, Operations, Sales, and Profits; maintain a strong focus on customer service and quality.
Lead by example, set standards for work ethic and customer experience.
Perform multi‑tasking and maintain judgment, leadership, mathematical skills, and ability to handle all positions in the store.
Qualifications
- Ability to smile and have fun.
- Clean background check.
- At least 18 years old with 1‑year safe driving history.
- Owner or reliable access to a working car or truck.
- Valid vehicle insurance.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently residing near store location.
