Job Description
We are looking for future Area Managers who want to grow into leadership positions. This full‑time, salaried role offers an annual salary range of $52,000 – $75,000 and an exciting opportunity to lead our store operations, drive sales and culture, and set the standard for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store and hold the team accountable for all operations, safety, training, and culture.
- Ensure every store policy and procedure is followed 100% of the time.
- Oversee people, operations, sales, and profits and optimize each area for business success.
- Lead by example and inspire the crew to follow your practices.
- Manage all aspects of the store, including promotion of a promote‑within mentality and cross‑training within roles.
- Coordinate with franchise leadership to set performance goals and achieve franchise standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to smile and have fun at work.
- Clean background check.
- At least 18 years old with a 1‑year safe driving history.
- Reliable vehicle (car or truck) and valid vehicle insurance.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently residing near the store location.
