Store Leadership Trainee to Manager — Growth Path

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking Managers In Training to learn day-to-day store leadership and guest experience at our Salem, NH locations. Training with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager provides exposure to the full range of responsibilities from vendor relations to guest service across shifts.

During training weeks you will shadow leaders, then apply skills on supervisory weeks, joining the bench leadership team upon completion to support stores during absences and transitions.
