Store Leadership Trainee

Buckle in Midland, MI is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to lead sales, service and operations on the floor. The role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, while stepping in for the Manager when needed.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving sales goals, managing guest relations, and maintaining store standards across checkout, fitting rooms and visual presentation.
