Dollar General in Newark is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to assist the Store Manager in all store processes, supervision, staffing, inventory, stocking, and receiving. This role is designed to develop external candidates for the Store Manager position for a limited period.

You will participate in recruitment, merchandising, inventory controls, and daily store operations while upholding company policies and delivering excellent customer service. Travel to nearby stores may be required.
