Store Leadership Path: Assistant Manager (Bench)

America’s Thrift Stores in North Alabama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Bench) to lead a high-performing team in a full-time role. You’ll partner with the District Manager and Store Leadership Team to drive revenue, donor flow, and community impact while maintaining strong customer service and operational excellence.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, manage budgets, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards across the sales floor and back office.
