Store Leadership Lead — Grow Sales & Elevate Experience

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all business processes at an assigned store and drive sales, efficiency, and customer advocacy. The role requires leadership across perishable and non-perishable departments and responsibility for P&L in a fast-paced environment.

The ASM will oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager, lead a team of roughly ten managers, and ensure compliance with safety, labeling, and health standards while delivering outstanding
