Store Leadership Fellow — Manager Track

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager with staffing, inventory, merchandising and daily store operations. This role develops external candidates for future Store Manager positions, and is temporary in scope.

You will assist in recruiting, ensure proper merchandising, manage inventory, and uphold cash controls. The position requires strong customer service leadership and adherence to company policies and procedures.
