Store Leadership Coach: Build Teams, Elevate Experience

Rally House in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assistant Coach who acts as the Assistant Store Manager. You will support store performance by ensuring standards are consistently executed and by helping develop the team, always keeping a guest-focused environment.

This role takes ownership of day-to-day operations, supports training and coaching efforts, and partners with the Head Coach to drive overall store results, adapting quickly to changing priorities and peak events.
