Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager in implementing store processes, supervising staff, managing inventory, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. This role is for a limited period to develop external candidates for the Store Manager role.

You will assist in recruiting, merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, and opening/closing duties, ensuring a safe, customer-friendly environment while upholding company policies.
