Store Leadership Candidate: Grow into a Manager Role

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to assist the Store Manager with employee supervision, staffing, inventory, stocking, receiving and store needs. This role is designed to develop external candidates for the Store Manager position for a limited period.

Responsibilities include assisting in recruiting, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store standards while ensuring cashier accountability and safe operations. Some travel may be required.
