Music & Arts seeks a Store Leader to drive sales, customer service, and lesson growth in our student-focused music retail environment. You will lead day-to-day store operations, coach a small team, and ensure an exceptional experience for students, parents, and educators.
Responsibilities include meeting sales and rental goals, managing lesson enrollment, overseeing inventory and merchandising, scheduling, and basic P&L awareness. You’ll build strong relationships with local schools and the community, maintain visual and operational standards, and support a culture that champions music education and inclusive, performance-driven teamwork.
