Store Leader - People, Profit & Customer Experience

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, staffing, and customer service excellence. You will manage hiring, training, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with company policies while leading a team to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, ensuring safety, driving profitability, and delivering a clean, welcoming shopping environment. Prior retail supervisory experience preferred.
