Store Leader in Training

The Buckle, Inc. in Happy Valley, OR is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) who will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise, training and guest service. The AIT position progresses into a full Assistant Manager role with higher level duties and leadership responsibilities.

You'll recruit, train and motivate Teammates, manage daily operations, and uphold Buckle's standards for service and presentation across the store.
