Store Leader in Training — Assistant Manager Path

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and to recruit and develop Teammates.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with higher responsibilities while sharing duties across the team.
