Store Leader in Training | Assistant Manager

Buckle in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive guest service, and develop Teammates. This on-site, full-time role works closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Primary duties include coaching teammates, managing merchandising and guest experiences, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.
