Store Leader in Training — Assistant Manager

Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to help deliver a top-tier shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and motivate Teammates, and train staff in store operations.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities, including leadership duties and retail management tasks in a full-time capacity. Health, retirement, and time-off benefits are provided.
