Store Leader - Growth, Team & Operations

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Missouri to lead all store operations and drive sales and profitability while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

You will recruit, train, and develop a leadership team, oversee stockroom, front end, and sales floor activities, and ensure payroll and scheduling are aligned with business needs. Evening and weekend work is required.
