Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. in West Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Full Time Store Manager for Jordan Creek Town Center.

You will oversee the workshop’s operation, drive sales, coach a diverse team, and ensure an exceptional Guest experience in line with our Experience First culture. You will create weekly schedules with the Assistant Workshop Manager, manage payroll/forecasting/inventory, and lead hiring and promotions to build a high-performing team.
