Lowe’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, driving sales, service and margin performance while maintaining safety, merchandising standards and costs. This role partners with HR, Asset Protection and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy at the store level.
The candidate will recruit and develop talent, analyze data for store-specific strategies, champion customer service, and act as the Lowe’s brand ambassador in the community. Travel is occasional.
