Store Leader: Drive Sales & Team Excellence

Dollar General in Michigan seeks an experienced store manager to lead a team and oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.

You will recruit, train, evaluate staff, manage schedules, ensure safety, stock targets, cash controls, and deliver strong customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent and retail supervisory experience are preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
