Store Leader: Drive Sales & Brand Experience

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales goals. You will support the Store Manager, train the team, and maintain brand standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand store operation.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a high-energy selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage time and tasks under KPIs. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
