Store Leader: Develop Teams, Drive Sales & Store Ops

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, including staffing, training, merchandising, and safe, profitable store performance. You will supervise employees, manage cash controls, and ensure high standards for customer service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, evaluating performance, and maintaining inventory accuracy while driving sales and cost efficiency. A high school diploma and retail supervisory experience are preferred.
