Store Leader: Customer Experience & Operations

Crosby’s Stores in Erie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, maintain a welcoming environment, and drive store success through exceptional customer service.

You’ll supervise team members, uphold high operational standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. You’ll assist with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
