Store Leader: Customer Experience & Operations Coach

Crosby’s is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager in New York City. In this role, you’ll support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You will help oversee daily operations, train and support team members, and maintain high operational standards. The position requires a High School Diploma and the ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
