Store Leader — Customer Experience & Growth

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager in Jacksonville to lead day-to-day store operations, coach the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales strategy, oversee staffing and training, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining store.

This is an on-site leadership role focused on strong guest service and operational excellence. As the Store Manager, you will manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximize performance.
