Store Leader & Operations Coach

Dollar General in Murrells Inlet, SC seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, manage ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and visual presentation.

You will monitor sales and inventory, enforce safety and cash-handling procedures, open/close the store, and coach employees to deliver excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.
