Store Lead: Hospitality & Operations

Yesway is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, training and developing employees, and overseeing store responsibilities.

You will schedule shifts, address customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with audits, stock merchandise, and help maintain hospitality for guests while monitoring end-of-day profitability and loss indicators.
