Hill House Home is seeking an eager Assistant Store Manager to support the Greenwich, CT store and sit as a pivotal part of our Hill House family. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, daily operations, and brand standards on the sales floor, including weekends.
You will lead by example in sales, collaborate with the Store Manager on retention and acquisition targets, develop high-potential clients, and supervise retail staff.
