Store Experience Leader: Sales, Service & Outreach

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader focused on customer experience, outreach, and store performance. You will lead sales and service programs, train associates, and drive outreach initiatives to attract new customers and strengthen loyalty.

You’ll oversee Design Services, Registry, events, and in-store activities, analyzing KPIs, managing budgets, scheduling, and safety to ensure an elevated shopping experience.
