Store Director: Lead Team, Elevate Service, Grow Profit

J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Store Director to lead a high-performing retail location and ensure profitable operations while building meaningful customer connections. You will recruit, coach, and develop a diverse team aligned with the brand's standards and culture.

You will partner with the District Manager to foster collaboration across the store team, drive service excellence, and maintain store systems and visual merchandising. Flexibility with schedules is required.
