Pilgrim seeks a Director of Design & Construction to own the full construction execution lifecycle for Wild Fork stores—from lease signing to handover. You will drive site selection, LOI and GC engagement, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing bonds, liens, and contractor risk with Legal and Real Estate.
With 20–25 openings per year and 8–12 projects in flight, you lead a construction PM, a coordinator, and an AP specialist, guiding cross-functional approvals and set expectations
