Store Department Leader: Drive Team Success & Experience

H&M is seeking a Department Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver an excellent omnichannel customer experience in-store. You will analyze performance, set department goals, and create plans to optimize results while managing costs and visual standards.

You will recruit, develop, and coach team members, run daily operations, and collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure consistent brand presentation.
