Store Department Leader - Coach, Develop & Drive Sales

REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager to coach and motivate store sales teams, delivering on business and service goals. You’ll be a key member of the store management team, driving sales through all channels while maintaining REI standards and visual direction.
