We are seeking a Store Associate Warehouse team member to join our retail operations team. This role offers a mix of customer service, merchandising, warehouse responsibilities, and teamwork - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and helping customers succeed.
Hours
- 1 Weekday Shift Monday - Friday
- All other shifts will be weekend based. Weekend availability required
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Operate POS system and maintain accurate sales records
- Operate forklift - load and unload products and assist with warehouse operations
- Fill propane tanks (Little Falls ONLY)
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Support opening and closing store responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and maintain compliance
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed
- Must be willing to operate a forklift
- Must be able to learn and use computer systems and retail technology effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently
- Must be 18+
