To support a growing Managed Services Provider, the full-time remote Storage and Backup Enterprise Services Architect will design, implement, and maintain complex storage and backup environments while providing technical leadership and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Define and own customer-facing hybrid cloud architectures for Azure-based managed services Lead troubleshooting and serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex customer issues Act as a technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them through cloud adoption and modernization strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 15+ years of experience in storage and backup system administration and engineering in enterprise environments 5+ years designing and operating Microsoft Azure for enterprise or MSP customers One Dell backup/data-protection certification and one specialized Dell enterprise storage certification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
