CNC Maintenance Technician (Stone Fabrication)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and basic PLC issues on CNC machines, bridge saws, polishers, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read schematics and use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Replace worn components and ensure machinery meets safety standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• CNC maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work overtime or emergency shifts as needed.
• Technical certification and Spanish/Portuguese bilingual skills are a plus.

Production Manager (Stone Fabrication)

Location: Monroe, NC / Matthews, NC

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

Lead daily stone fabrication operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production and meet installation deadlines.
• Oversee CNC machines, bridge saws, polishers, and preventive maintenance.
• Optimize slab usage, reduce waste, and control labor and material costs.
• Maintain quality and safety standards, including OSHA and silica compliance.
• Train and supervise employees, develop SOPs, and track production KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in stone fabrication or related manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on CNC and fabrication equipment experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, and quality management.
• Familiarity with Excel, shop management software, and OSHA standards. xhqgsiq

Preferred: Manufacturing degree, Lean/Six Sigma, slab nesting software, OSHA 10/30, or ERP experience.
