Leading the design and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, the contract STIBO STEP MDM Architect will ensure high-quality implementations while working remotely and leveraging over 12 years of MDM experience. Key responsibilities Lead project teams through all activities required for successful delivery of STEP solutions using best practices Conduct requirements gathering and high-level design workshops to define data governance strategies and technical specifications Configure, build, and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows, and portals Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment Excellent understanding of Product, Supplier, and Customer Data models with experience in designing solutions Proven customer-facing experience and management skills Strong analytical skills and a solid technical background
