Leading the design and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, the remote STITBO Architect will ensure high-quality implementation aligned with best practices, leveraging over 12 years of experience in Master Data Management. Key responsibilities Lead project teams through all activities required for successful delivery of STEP solutions using best practices Conduct requirements gathering and high-level design workshops, and prepare detailed design documents Define data governance strategies and configure, build, and unit test STEP components including data structures and workflows Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management solutions At least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration and integration Excellent understanding of Product, Supplier, and Customer Data models Proven customer-facing experience and strong management skills
