Your work directly contributes to safe patient care and successful surgical outcomes every single day.This is an active, fast-paced role that combines technical skill, attention to detail, teamwork, and physical movement throughout the shift.Location: Logan Health Medical Center | Kalispell, Montana Schedule: Night Shift – 8 Hours | Full Time – 40 HoursWhat You'll Do:Protect Patient SafetyDecontaminate, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to strict department and regulatory standards.Perform quality assurance checks to ensure instruments are safe, functional, and surgery-ready.Assemble & PrepareAssemble surgical trays and instrument sets with accuracy and attention to detail.Wrap, label, and prepare trays and equipment for sterilization and transport.Keep Operations MovingMaintain organized inventory of instruments, implants, and supplies.Communicate shortages, equipment concerns, or damaged instruments to the appropriate teams.Support a High-Performing Surgical TeamWork closely with surgical staff and healthcare teams to ensure instruments and supplies are available when needed.Help maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.What to Expect Physically:Sterile Processing is a hands-on, physically active role.
