Sterile Processing TechShift: Evenings, 5x8 — 14:00–22:30Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeksMinimum: 2 years of sterile processing experience Required certification: CBSPD OR IAHCSMM/HSPA Core clinical skills:Case picking and tray assemblyInstrument decontamination and sterilizationScope/probe reprocessing and high-level disinfectionImplant/loaner tray handling and preference card familiarityExperience with instrument tracking/instrumentation management systems (SPM preferred)Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure proper decontamination and processing of surgical instruments and trays to maintain sterile conditions.Assemble and prepare instrument trays and sets according to established protocols and preferences.Perform high-level disinfection and sterilization processes using various methods.Maintain accurate records of processed items and monitor instrument usage within the facility.Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure readiness and availability of instruments and supplies.Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain competency and certification.Compliance / Notes:Orientation: 3-day day-shift orientation required.Parking: facility-paid.Rotating weekends required.Must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays.Pre-approved time off: one (per contract).Client Details City Everett State WA
