Sterile Processing Technician
We are seeking candidates experienced in all areas of sterile processing. The role includes the decontamination of all items such as drills, scopes, and robotic equipment. Candidates must be familiar with the sterilization process, including both sterrad and steam methods. Experience with high-level disinfection and scope reprocessing is essential. The candidate will be responsible for the assembly of all instruments across various service lines. Familiarity with the Censitrac tracking system is required. We value candidates with OR liaison experience. The position will operate on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Only candidates meeting the experience and certification requirements will be considered. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience required in all areas of sterile processing. License: CBSPD or CRCST certification required. Certifications: BLS, CBSPD, CBSPD C.A.S.S.P.T, CBSPD C.F.E.R, CBSPD C.S.P.M, CBSPD CSIS, CSPDT, IAHCSMM/HSPA, NBSTSA Must-Have: Experience in decontamination of all items, sterilization process, high-level disinfection, and endoscope reprocessing.
