RequiredLicenses & CertificationsCentral Service Tech Certification and Instrument Specialist Certification must be obtained and is required within 18 months of employment. Required.Current Central Service Tech Certification (International Association of Health Care Central Service Materials Management - IAHCCSMM or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution CBSPD). Preferred.Current Instrument Specialist Certification (Certified Instrument Specialist - CIS Certification through IAHCCSMM or SPD Surgical Instrument Specialist - C.S.I.S Certification through CBSPD).
