Stepdown Registered Nurse

As an RN Stepdown at Memorial Health in Savannah, you will provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and complex nursing interventions between ICU and med-surg levels. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, manage cardiac and telemetry monitoring, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
