Ste - Deputy Red Lead/Operations PlannerWashington, DC (USA) - Washington, DCOverviewPosition Type Full Time Education Level Master's Degree Travel Percentage Negligible Category ManagementDescriptionBlueForce Inc. is seeking a Deputy Red Lead/Operations Planner in support of HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming. The Deputy Red Lead/Operations Planner will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames including concept development, objective analysis, assessment planning, game design, event planning, management and execution, and post-game analysis.

Primary locations are Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon.**Position is subject to contract award**Duties and Responsibilities:Principal Red operations facilitator, assists Red Lead and planning teamConducts open source and classified research and analysis related to adversary tactics, techniques and procedures to ensure operationally sound enemy presentationProvides leadership, management, and direction IAW the Joint Planning Process to ensure coherent Red plans that meet game objectivesOrganizes, manages, and facilitates Red Wargame participants to achieve game objectivesManages Red data collection during wargame eventsManages Red post?game analysis and drafting of wargame reportsAssists in data management; coordinates Red Force Structures and order of battle, and ensures accurate representation in the appropriate systemsContributes to development and execution of wargame design, objectives, and analysis plans to include Wargame scenarios, force structures and order of battle, and manningSupports development and dissemination of post?game outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholdersParticipates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directedAssists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Graduate Degree.A minimum of 14 years in an Air Force operational unit (squadron or group level) with at least 2 years above the Wing level (i.e. CCMD, MAJCOM, AOC, etc.).In addition, 2 years of experience in wargaming, concept development, operational planning, and/or strategic assessments.Documented experience in and working knowledge of the Joint Planning process is required.Documented experience in leading mission planning cells is required.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Top-secret with SCI eligibility.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in adversary operations, Advanced Study Group, or Weapons School graduate is highly desired.
