Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to support enterprise software packaging, patch deployment, endpoint management, and vulnerability remediation. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience managing Windows endpoints and troubleshooting software deployment and patching issues.
🛠️ Must-Have Skills
✅ Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune
✅ Enterprise software packaging and application deployment
✅ Windows OS and third-party patch deployment
✅ Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 updates
✅ Endpoint management and configuration troubleshooting
✅ Workstation imaging and provisioning
✅ Ticketing systems and incident management
✅ Patch failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting
✅ Endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance
✅ 6+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Windows 11, Office 365, endpoint management, workstation imaging, and ticketing systems
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Microsoft Graph API
- Patch My PC
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- ServiceNow
- Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Key Responsibilities
- Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
- Manage Windows and third-party software patches.
- Troubleshoot failed deployments and endpoint configuration issues.
- Analyze vulnerabilities and support remediation activities.
- Maintain endpoint security baselines and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and service desk teams.
